When this soul’s skull was taken into crystal resonance re-creation, it was incarnated as a man named RASKAEL. He was among the early order of what would become known as the Essenes. However, this was further back in time, yet still in the Middle East near the Dead Sea, which was a body of water much larger then and it was not “Dead” at that time, as there was a path to the greater ocean opening from it.
Although this was long before the birth of the Christed I’shoa (Jesus), His Coming was still known and prophesied. Raskael wrote his vision and prophecies concerning this Coming, and Teaching he received from the soul of the one known to the Egyptians as Osiris, the one who would become the accompanying body soul to the as yet undescended (never before incarnated) soul that was to sustain the Christed Being in incarnation as I’shoa. Also guiding him were the five souls of Enoch. (Note: Thoth was one of these souls.)
In a previous lifetime this soul had been the son of Enoch (Enoch was son of Jared and fathered Methuselah). The son’s name was Nethelum. Enoch and his sons were alive at the time of the “Fall of the Watchers” – of the Annunaki. (Wiki) After this period, the Shepherd Host, among the, the Star (Solar) Lords, returned to aid mankind once again during the Reparation. (Star Lords, Crystal Skulls & the Reparation)
Raskael was also a descendent of Enoch, through his own incarnation as Nethelum. Raskael would then reincarnate as his own thrice great granddaughter, Ipiskea, who was a granddaughter of Moses.
The Dweller Crystal Skull of this entity is within a cavern by the Dead Sea. It is a place chosen by the still-living Raskael, through the guidance of Enoch, before his transition. It this cavern is embedded one of the 24 crystal pillars of the ASTHENUM.
The ASTHENUM are a branch of the Sun Lords who Guardian the Earth. They embedded in the planet’s surface caverns, 24 crystal pillars, which help to stabilize the Earth’s geomagnetic field. This keeps the planet safer from inter-stellar intrusion.

The Raskael Dweller Skull and the Hosting skull together, is personified in the name of SEA HAWK, for this is what Raskael was called during his lifetime, as his soul flew above the sea to receive his visions.
